Research On Endogenous Development Strategies Of Villages Under The Local Culture

The strategy of rural revitalization has defined the new orientation of rural areas in the process of the development of economic society and put forward a new requirement to promote the all-round progress of the countryside.In this context,the development of villages is facing significant opportunities and challenges.At present,the development of villages is dominated by exogenous development models and lack of endogenous impetus for development,thus forming the problems such as the outflow of labor force,the decline of village social vitality,the disintegration of endogenous order,etc.As the soft power of rural rejuvenation,native culture can provide impetus for the endogenous development of villages.However,there is still a lack of cultural-related research in the endogenous development theory system.Therefore,based on the strategic background of rural rejuvenation and cultural revival and guided by native culture,this paper puts forward the strategy of endogenous development of villages from the perspective of local culture cognition,excavation and utilization,thus enhancing the hematopoieticfunction of villages,promoting the sustainable development of villages,and providing theoretical support for rural development in remote and less developed areas.On the basis of summarizing the related theories and cases of endogenous development,this paper elaborates the connotation,characteristics and main contents of endogenous development in villages.Through analyzing the pedigree,characteristics and value of the native culture,this paper explores the interaction between the native culture and the endogenous development of the village,and establishes the development mechanism.Based on the mechanism.It builds the native culture-oriented strategic framework of village endogenous development from four aspects such as the return and participation of the subject,the restoration and reconstruction of society,the integration and enhancement of industry,the activation and reproduction of memory and summarize the implications for village planning.Taking Dachen Village in Jiangshan City,Zhejiang Province as an example,this paper combs the local cultural resources of the village,investigates and summarizes the endogenous development practice of Dachen Village in recent years,and sums up four practical experiences on the basis of theoretical analysis.Namely,gather up the subject of endogenous development by culture reshaping,governing village by culture and promoting social rehabilitation and reconstruction,the excavation of cultural drives diversified development of industry,and preserve and use the culture to reproduce rural memory.At the same time,in view of the difficulties faced by the development of the village at present,this paper puts forward the specific optimization strategies from the three aspects such as shaping the "new township culture",constructing a new type of "culture" industrial chain,linking endogenous governance resources and shaping the cultural image of Dachen Village.
