The post-chemical anchoring technology is a kind of post-anchor technology measures widely used in China’s building reinforcement industry.It is mainly used to solve the problems of small ribs,leakage ribs and reinforcement of structural beams such as beams,slabs and columns.It is necessary to drill,glue,and reinforce the implants to make the embedded steel and concrete work together.At present,most of the research on the structure of the planting ribs is a single-strand reinforced structure,and it is based on the actual engineering.The research on the anchoring performance and mechanism of the reinforced structure is less concerned.On the other hand,there are few studies on the multi-strand reinforced tendon,especially It is a single rib,a double rib and a multi-strand(three ribs,four ribs,five ribs).This paper will carry out research work from the following three aspects:1.Set 22 holes for the depth of the ribs,the diameter of the borehole(thickness of the rubber layer),the strength grade of the concrete,the form of the reinforcement bar(light round bar and ribbed bar),and the anchor type(pre-buried and planted).Anchored anchor specimens;9 double-reinforced anchored anchor specimens were designed and manufactured with parameters of planting depth,bore diameter and spacing of planting bars;the number of planting bars and anchoring type(pre-buried and planted)were used as parameters six multi-ribbed anchored anchor specimens were designed and manufactured.The pull-out test was carried out on 37 sets of plant-reinforced specimens,and the failure modes and failure characteristics of each specimen were observed.The load-displacement curves of each specimen were measured,and the changes of the pull-out bearing capacity of the implanted structures under different parameters were studied.The influence of factors such as the depth of planting bar and the spacing of planting bar on the anchoring performance of the bar.2.Analyze the bonding mechanism and influencing factors of the planting structure.Through the test data and the collected experimental data,consider the reduction of the tensile strength of the concrete core,and derive the formula of the single-strand pull-out bearing capacity under different failure modes.Based on the formula of bearing capacity of single ribs,the formula of bearing capacity of double ribs is derived,and the calculated values agree well with the experimental values.3.Through the large-scale nonlinear finite element analysis software ABAQUS modeling and analysis of some specimens of the planting structure test,verifying thecorrectness of the constitutive relationship and modeling method of the plant-reinforced structural specimens,and changing the parameters on this basis Finite element simulation analysis.
