In recent years,in order to meet the needs of economic developments,China's electric railways have developed rapidly.Compared with other transportation modes,high-speed railways have more advantages in convenience and comfortable,safe and reliable,low-carbon and energy-efficient,large capacity and so on.It has become one of the most important means to solve the contradictions between supply and demand of transports.Traction power supply system,as an important part of electric railways infrastructure system,provides power and energy for the trains.Its operational reliability is directly related to the reliability of railway system.Due to the complex and changing environment of train operation,the traction power supply system failure is inevitable.And its equipment or traction power supply systems have higher fault probability than electric power grids.Serious faults can cause power supply interruption and delay propagation of trains,or even must be cancelled.In order to carry out the strategy of One Belt One Road and the "Go globally" strategy of China Railway High-Speed,we not only need to have strong integration capability of electric railways,but also need to improve its operation and maintenance service level.However,developing reliability managements and reliability-based maintenance strategies of traction power supply system in China need to be continuously improved.Moreover,there is no established reliability quantitative evaluation system for traction power supply system.In order to evaluate the reliability more scientifically and improve the level of operation and maintenance,it is necessary to establish an evaluation system and quantitative evaluation methods.This thesis collects and analyses the fault data and safety information of traction power supply system in recent years from two aspects of equipment and power supply services,which fully considering the design characteristics and operation characteristics of the traction power supply system in China.Through the investigation of the technical data and the operation situations of China's high-speed railway traction power supply system and researching the three-tier management structure of the power supply section,the Railway Bureau and China Railway Corporation,reliability data acquisition requirements and the calculation methods of quantitative evaluation indexes for power supply equipment and traction network power supply units are studied.At the same time,a quantitative evaluation system has been established.Considering that it involves the statistics,processing and analysis of a large amount of data,the SQL Server database was established.And the system was developed by Python,HTML,JavaScript,CSS and other languages,which can use for the three-tier management structure to collect the basic data and quantitative evaluation the traction power supply system.This software based on object-oriented B/S architecture,which can integrate with the management information system or the production safety dispatching command system to fully share resources.Case study based on established evaluation indexes system and the software,by analyzing various fault data of typical high-speed railways' traction power supply system in China,the evaluation conclusions of actual operation lines are obtained and the engineering guidance suggestions are put forward,which lays a foundation for the operation and maintenance departments to implement reliability management and reliability-based maintenance.Finally,taking reliability management,reliability design and reliability maintenance as examples,this thesis describes the application of data collection and evaluation system for traction power supply reliability,which provide systematic technical support for carrying out reliability management and improving maintenance level of railway system in China.Besides,it can be used as the basis of data mining,data fusion and risk assessment.
