Since the 21st century,the intensification of market competition and the impact of trade globalization,the import and export trade volume has also increased substantially,which has effectively promoted the development of modern logistics and the prosperity of the port logistics industry.At the same time,the port's own container fleet's transportation capacity is far from meeting the growing container freight demand.Launching efficient and professional container transportation services,rationally arranging the scheduling of container transportation vehicles,improving the efficiency of container transportation,and reducing transportation costs have become issues that port logistics companies have to consider.The research on the current scheduling problem of container transport vehicles mainly focuses on the dispatching of transport vehicles operating at the port terminals and quayside for loading and unloading operations,while the research on the vehicle scheduling problem of road transport between the port storage yard and the customer warehouse is relatively less.At the same time,with fierce market competition,customers are increasingly demanding timeliness,and providing punctuality for container transport service vehicles has become an important factor affecting customer satisfaction with logistics companies.In the study of this problem,the existing vehicle tuning models often overlook the limitations of the respective working time windows of vehicles and customer warehouses.It is against this background that this article is to study the problem of container transportation vehicle scheduling of port logistics companies.The purpose of the study is to use a reasonable scheduling model to meet the requirements of the customer's working time window,maximize the use of resources,and reduce the total cost of transportation.Firstly,this paper analyzes the transport mode of container transport vehicles between port yard and customer warehouse,and establishes the scheduling model of port container transport vehicles with time windows aiming at the minimum total cost,and designs an algorithm combining Floyd and Greedy Algorithm.Solved by Matlab software programming,and combined with the specific operational problems of PPAP.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn:Reasonable scheduling of container transportation can increase the utilization rate of vehicles and thus generate certain economic benefits.
