Highway passenger liner refers to the line that operates passenger cars on urban and rural roads and engages in passenger transport service operation.It is one of the basic elements of highway passenger transport system and the main object of road transport industry management and enterprise management.It is jointly managed by passenger transport enterprises,passenger stations and road transport administrative agencies.Among them,the preparation of vehicle scheduling plan is an important work in highway passenger line management.Vehicle scheduling plan is to use the least number of buses to complete the transportation task under the given time schedule,which is very important to reduce the operation cost of enterprises.At present,some passenger transport enterprises in China still use manual work to prepare vehicle scheduling plan,which leads to low efficiency and low quality of scheduling plan,and can not meet the needs of improving the quality of highway passenger transport service.Therefore,the research and development of a scientific and complete long-distance passenger vehicle scheduling management system has important practical significance for improving the efficiency and service level of passenger transport enterprises.Based on the actual business process of highway long-distance passenger transport enterprises,this paper puts forward a method of making long-distance passenger transport vehicle scheduling plan based on simulated annealing algorithm,designs and develops a vehicle scheduling management system,aiming at improving the efficiency and management level of passenger transport enterprises.Firstly,this paper analyses the existing passenger line management system and passenger line transport organization process.Aiming at the problems existing in the existing scheduling planning methods,the necessity of establishing a more scientific scheduling method is analyzed.Secondly,the vehicle scheduling problem is transformed into an asymmetric traveling salesman problem,and an optimization model is established with the objective function of minimizing the number of vehicles.The model is solved by using simulated annealing algorithm.An example of Shanxi Automobile Transportation Group Co.,Ltd.is given to verify the model.Finally,by analyzing the user roles,business needs and business processes of the highway long-distance passenger vehicle scheduling management system,this paper designs the technical framework,network architecture,five functional modules and database of the system,and develops the system by using java programming,which realizes the automatic compilation and management of the vehicle scheduling plan.Highway long-distance passenger transport vehicle scheduling management system is not only an important part of highway passenger transport information construction,but also helps to promote the comprehensive utilization of highway passenger transport information,improve the transportation production capacity and management level of highway passenger transport enterprises,and then help passenger transport enterprises to enhance market competitiveness.This paper includes 51 figures,18 tables and 66 references.
