Accurate traceability of time and frequency is a key fundamental problem for realizing the uniformity of time and frequency in China.The universal application of NIMDO(NIM Disciplined Oscillator)fills the blank of other standard units at home and abroad that cannot generate local standard time frequency.According to the NIMDO pilot operation in many places,the data signals generated by NIMDO are reflected in the comparison data from NIMDO and UTC(NIM)(the national time measurement benchmark maintained by the China Institute of Metrology and traced to UTC).Anomalous problems reduce the stability of NIMDO operation and affect the reliability of the local time frequency standard signal generated by NIMDO.This paper summarizes the anomalies in the current NIMDO operational data,proposes relevant optimization methods,and then summarizes relevant technical research in the field of time and frequency at home and abroad,respectively,from the reference time-scale signal and the reference data used for tame.Optimized design of the NIMDO system.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Analyze and summarize the research methods and techniques related to fault diagnosis of time-scale signals(or atomic clock signals)at home and abroad,and design a real-time data fault diagnosis algorithm based on 3sigma and dynamic Allan deviation algorithm,through the relative frequency deviation and standard deviation of fault data.The analysis of multiple parameters such as Allan deviation realizes the identification of multiple fault types of time-scale signals,and designs the time-scale signal fault diagnosis software as an output tool for time-scale signal fault information,and finally passes the test experiment.And the historical data simulation experiment carried out the feasibility analysis test of the algorithm and software;(2)Analyze and summarize the related technologies and methods of observation data fusion at home and abroad,design a data fusion algorithm based on federated Kalman,design and implement a data fusion scheme for multi-receiver on NIMDO reference end,from the perspective of NIMDO reference data The stability of NIMDO taming was improved.Finally,the feasibility of the scheme was verified by experimental tests.The fault tolerance and stability of NIMDO taming were improved from the perspective of reference data.This paper combines domestic and foreign related research and related theories and methods at home and abroad.Based on the existing experimental equipment in the laboratory,the equipment connection scheme is designed,the experimental platform is built,and some actual test experiments and historical data simulation experiments are implemented.It verifies the feasibility of the theory and method proposed in this paper,and proves that the method proposed in this paper can effectively solve the abnormal phenomena existing in the current operation of NIMDO and improve the stability of the NIMDO punctual system.Figure 63,Table 13,and 38 references.
