China's urban rail transit scale and passenger traffic are growing at a high speed,and passengers are increasingly valued for their travel experience.Accessibility and passen-ger satisfaction are important evaluation indicators for rail transit networks and stations.In the past accessibility model and passenger satisfaction research,there are many short-comings:the accessibility model only considers the network structure based time or trans-fer factors,but did not consider the subjective factors of individual passengers;while most of the satisfaction studies were based on the network's influencing factors,and no optimization suggestions were proposed for specific stations.This paper takes the rail transit stations as the research object,combines the time,topological accessibility and passenger satisfaction of the stations,and obtains the psy-chological accessibility of the stations considering passenger satisfaction,in order to pro-pose optimization suggestions at the stations level to improve passenger travel satisfac-tion.The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the Beijing urban rail transit network in 2018,establish a GIS-based time accessibility model,and solve the time accessibility of the network stations through the network analysis module of Arcgis software;on the other hand,establish a graph-based topology.The accessibility model is modeled by Depthmap software and uses the average depth value and asymmetry to calculate the topological accessibility of the net-work stations.The characteristics and distribution law of stations time,topological acces-sibility are analyzed.(2)Based on the structural equation model,the satisfaction evaluation system at the stations level was established.Six latent variables and 32 observed variables were set for the stations satisfaction,and the questionnaire was designed and distributed.Taking Xizhimen Station as an example,the path factor reflecting the influence degree of latent variables and observed variables on satisfaction is obtained by Amos software.The influ-ence weight of each latent variable on satisfaction is calculated according to the path fac-tor.It is fast,convenient,efficient,comfortable,clean and safe.The weights of punctuality and quickness,convenient and efficient,comfort and cleanliness,safety and order,em-ployee service,equipment and facilities are 29%,22%,16%,18%,5%,and 10%.The IPA analysis and weighted satisfaction analysis were carried out based on the average satis-faction value of each variable obtained from the questionnaire.It was concluded that the off-station traffic connection,the time of the entry,exit and transfer and the station con-gestion level at Xizhimen Station should be improved.(3)Taking the network accessibility consisting of time and topological accessibil-ity as the main body,combining the weighted satisfaction with the expected difference and weight to correct the network accessibility,and obtain the psychological accessibility of the stations.Inductively concluded the following conclusions:First,psychological ac-cessibility and network accessibility are not necessarily positively correlated.Second,the size of psychological accessibility and passenger satisfaction are closely related to the expected difference.The more satisfaction is higher than expected,the higher the psycho-logical accessibility,and vice versa.Third,in addition to time and topological accessibil-ity have a major impact on the stations's psychological accessibility,the convenience,efficiency and comfort of the station have a great impact on psychological accessibility.In the case that the rail transit network has been formed and the stations network accessi-bility cannot be optimized too much,optimizing the convenience,efficiency and comfort of the stations is the most effective way to improve the passenger's psychological acces-sibility.Research on Accessibility of Urban Rail Transit Stations Considering Passenger Sat-isfaction,it makes up for the research gap of the accessibility model in the subjective personal attributes of passengers.It provides a reference to the research on the psycho-logical accessibility of the stations,and provides a stations-level experience for optimiz-ing passenger travel experience.
