Research On Urban Repair Strategy Based On PCA And AHP Method

Recently,the policy of "urban repair" proposed by our government has become the focus of academic research and attention.Relevant research and practice activities are vigorously carried out,and some achievements have been achieved,which lays a solid foundation for further in-depth and expanding the study of urban repair.However,the scientific issue of the decision making of urban repair is still worth further discussion.Especially under the background that our country regards "urban repair" as an important measure to solve urban diseases,it is urgent and necessary to carry out theoretical and practical research on scientific decision-making of urban repair.This paper constructs a decision-making method system for urban repair.Firstly,it combs the relevant theories and practices of urban repair at home and abroad,and summarizes the relevant experience.This paper provides a reference for the study of urban repair decision-making,and puts forward the direction of further enrichment and perfection.Secondly,based on the evaluation of urban repair work empowerment,a complete,efficient and flexible decision-making method system for urban repair is established,which provides scientific technical and methodological support for urban repair decision-making.Finally,the case of Tongcheng County in Hubei Province is used to test the decision-making method system.The priority degree of urban repair projects in Tongcheng County was evaluated comprehensively by using the established method of urban repair empowerment evaluation.Then,according to the evaluation results,the specific implementation strategies of urban repair are put forward.Thus,the research process from theory to demonstration of urban repair decision-making has been completed.Urban repair is a hot issue in the current urban development,and the study of urban repair at the county level is of great significance.Through the construction of the decision-making method system and its practical application in Tongcheng County,Hubei Province,the relevant theories and technical methods of urban repair are further enriched and improved,which provides a basis for the scientific decision-making of urban repair.At the same time,it can provide some reference for the decision-making of urban repair in the same type of cities.
