Crawler pile frame is widely used in the construction of the foundation of modem engineering because of diverse construction methods,high flexibility,convenient operation,reliable quality and so on.Due to the harsh conditions of the construction site,complex load of pile frame under various operating conditions,in order to ensure crawler pile frame's work reliably,research of crawler pile frame has become an indispensable part of the subject.According to a certain type of crawler type pile frame,this paper mainly does the following aspects:(1)Summarized the development and research status of the domestic and foreign crawler pile frame and piling machinery.(2)According to the characteristics of crawler pile frame,determining the overall structure of the crawler pile frame and using Solid Works software to tectonic 3D model for the crawler pile frame and load device(power head and spiral drill).Then analyzing integral stability of crawler pile frame and getting the relation eurve charts of safety factor and eounterweight under various working conditions.Finally concluded,in the actual project construction,quality of balancing should be 15 tons.(3)Using ANSYS software and analyzing of static characteristics of the mast and bracing piece structure under various working eonditions.Simulation results show that component's structure and material meet the requirements,stress of the mast and bracing piece structure meet the design requirements.(4)Mention dangerous condition of drill,conducting buckling analysis and ensuring the stability of the mast and bracing piece structure.According to the simulation results,overall bearing capacity can satisfy the working need.(5)In practice,force bearing status is changing with the position of the fulcrum.So finding the most suitable range of position of the fulcrum.The final result shows that the optimal range of pivot location is from the top mast 6-9 meters distance.
