| Engine plays a key role in the development of ships.Without a good engine,there can be no advanced ships.The research and development of Marine engine state monitoring and fault diagnosis technology has been for many years.It plays an important role in monitoring,real-time attention to the engine running state and fault information,and ensuring the normal operation of the engine.Therefore,the engine fault diagnosis technology is also more and more attention by the engine manufacturers,and as an important means to improve the reliability of engine operation and reduce the cost of use.In this paper,the graphical programming interface is adopted to monitor and analyze the status of the engine in real time.By means of order ratio tracking technology,the data of the running state of the engine is preprocessed to make it become a standard signal.The NI data acquisition card is transmitted to the computer,and the accuracy of the diagnosis results and the actual fault state is improved by combining the information entropy,Fourier transform,EMD and other feature extraction technologies,and the real-time display through monitoring.The system carries out vibration signal,speed,pressure and temperature signal extraction through the sensor,transmits the data to the computer with the data acquisition card,records the data through Labview and displays it on the front panel,at the same time,identifies the Angle of vibration signal and carries out feature extraction in combination with the sensor.The vibration signal,temperature signal and pressure signal are fused by neural network to diagnose the state of the motor.Finally,the diagnostic information is printed out to help the staff analyze the running state of the engine under the current state in real time.This paper simulates the different fault states of the engine,and gives the relative error of the system based on the comparison between the diagnosis result and the actual fault state.The system has the characteristics of intelligence,simpleoperation,low cost and real-time monitoring.Through this system,the working staff can monitor the running state of the engine in real time,improve the efficiency of engine fault diagnosis,reduce the cost and maintenance cost of labor,so as to realize the intelligent,real-time and accurate real-time state monitoring of the engine. |
