Research And Design Of Office Auxiliary Support Based On Ergonomics

With the progress of science and technology,it has become a common phenomenon for enterprises to use computers for office work.The change of office mode has caused new problems.On the one hand,the modern workplace has a large workload and short working cycle,office workers will sit for a long time,which seriously damages the health of office workers.On the other hand,limited by the number of interfaces of the computer itself,it is easy to cause inconvenience when office workers use external equipment.This topic design hopes to bring healthy office way for office staff,and help office staff more convenient to use computers for office work.Firstly,by using the method of literature research,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of domestic and foreign office computer scaffolding products,which provides theoretical support for the design of this topic.Secondly,on the basis of the results obtained by field observation method,the user survey and in-depth interview method are used to investigate the target users.The reasons for the poor user experience caused by the use of office products and the inconveniences in the use and operation process are obtained,and the use demands of target users and the main points of the optimization of the project are clearly defined.Thirdly,based on the theory of ergonomics,this paper makes an in-depth analysis and Research on the man-machine factors of the user's sitting and standing alternation office mode and the design of this subject,obtains the ergonomics relationship among the user,the office computer support and the office environment,and puts forward the healthy office mode of sitting and standing alternation.In addition,the actual measurement method is used to carry out the EMG signal test,which objectively verifies the feasibility of alternating sitting posture and standing posture.According to ergonomics,the design parameters are obtained.This design and office staff form a good man-machine relationship.Finally,on the basis of the previous research,the design practice is carried out to complete the design of this topic.The feasibility of the design scheme is verified by product design evaluation.
