The multi-motor common traction power is a traction drive method commonly used in electric locomotives such as heavy-duty locomotives and high-speed electric vehicles.Problems such as idling/sliding or traction equipment failure during locomotive operation often make it difficult for a traction motor to output the required traction power. This requires coordination of the torque output of other traction motors to meet the traction power required for locomotive operation.Total amount. To this end, this paper focuses on the issue of multi-motor coordinated control methods with consistent total amount for the problem of axle weight transfer and partial traction system failure,in order to improve the overall running performance of the locomotive. The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problem of uneven distribution of traction force of each motor caused by locomotive axle weight transfer, the optimal allocation method of locomotive traction force considering axle weight transfer is proposed.Based on the analysis of locomotive dynamics, the method establishes the axle weight transfer model and constructs an optimized traction optimization model with the minimum total axle weight transfer as the target, and uses genetic algorithm to solve it.(2)Taking Permanent magnet brushless DC motor and Permanent magnet AC motor as the research object, construct a coordinated control framework of multi-motor system with consistent total amount, and propose a multi-motor coordinated distribution method based on the minimum total torque fluctuation,so as to ensure the multi-point motor traction as a whole. The total torque is basically the same. For the two types of traction motors,a DC motor control method based on sliding mode tracking control and an AC motor control method based on sliding mode variable structure are constructed to improve the tracking ability and dynamic response speed of the motor torque. Finally, the experimental data are used to verify the proposed method. The results show that the proposed method can reduce the total transfer amount under the condition of axle weight transfer by 2.3%;the common system fault simulation of two different types of motors, the total traction time of motor traction Both are not more than 0.5s,and the maximum fluctuation error is less than 5%.It shows that the proposed method shows good performance in terms of total tracking and single-motor dynamic tracking performance.
