Written pole permanent magnet synchronous motor is a new type of permanent magnet synchronous motor.Written-pole permanent magnet synchronous motor inherits the advantages of steady-state operation of PMSM,but also has unique pole-writing ability,which can change the pole logarithm of PMSM,break through the limitation of fixed pole logarithm of PMSM,and make the motor meet the requirements of different working conditions.The cage-type starting winding on the rotor of Written Pole Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor makes it selfstarting,saves expensive drivers and sensors,and is suitable for occasions without precise control.but there are few related research reports in China.Starting performance is an important advantage of Written Pole Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor,and it is also the basis for comprehensive research of Written Pole Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor.In order to promote the application of Written Pole Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor in China,the starting performance of Written Pole Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor is studied in this paper based on the structure and The work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,the structure and characteristics of write-pole permanent magnet synchronous motor are analyzed.According to the operation principle and magnetic field characteristics of write-pole permanent magnet synchronous motor,and aiming at the most special starting process of write-pole permanent magnet synchronous motor,the magnetic field and torque of the motor are analyzed by ANSYS finite element analysis software.The analysis shows that the write-pole permanent magnet motor has strong starting ability.Subsequently,the mathematical model of Written Pole Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor is studied,and a simulation model based on MATLAB/Simulink is built.Through the comparative simulation of write-pole permanent magnet synchronous motor and permanent magnet synchronous motor,the starting torque and pull-in synchronization time of write-pole permanent magnet synchronous motor are compared and analyzed,which further reflects the excellent starting performance of write-pole permanent magnet synchronous motor.This paper also carries out a lot of simulation research on the optimal timing of pole writing in Written Pole Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor.The optimal starting performance is discussed in detail.The influence of pole writing operation on the starting performance of Written Pole PMSM at different speed and different voltage phase difference is analyzed respectively.Finally,the best writing of Written Pole PMSM is obtained through comparative analysis.Very opportune moment.Finally,the starting performance of Written Pole Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor under different operating conditions is discussed,and the ability of Written Pole Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor to The starting performance of Written Pole Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor in practical application scenarios is simulated and analyzed by simulating the starting process of Written Pole Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor under different inertia and different load torques.The simulation results show that the write-pole permanent magnet synchronous motor has better starting performance under different operating conditions.Through the research of this paper,the structure and starting principle of write-pole permanent magnet synchronous motor are clarified,the excellent starting performance of write-pole permanent magnet synchronous motor is verified,and the optimal timing of write-pole permanent magnet synchronous motor is discussed.The starting performance of write-pole permanent magnet synchronous motor under different operating conditions is analyzed,which can be used for the follow-up study of write-pole permanent Promotion lays a solid theoretical foundation. |
