Under the bad weather conditions such as low visibility of haze and haze,the visibility of the road environment system becomes worse.It is easy for drivers to get bad traffic accidents such as vehicle collision and so on.Therefore,it is a hot topic in the field of traffic and information to study how to improve the visibility of the road environment system under the haze and haze,and to prevent the occurrence of malignant road traffic accidents in low visibility weather conditions.This paper first analyzes the fog,dust and other suspended particles in the atmosphere,analyzes the fog image model,introduces the traditional digital image enhancement algorithm,and uses the Retinex image enhancement algorithm to enhance the color image of the color image based on the RGB color image model,and then to the human visual system to the week.The change of the external environment has a certain adjustment and adaptive ability to establish a predictive compensation model for the adaptive adjustment of the visual luminance of human eyes,which enhances the local features of the image and achieves good visual effect.In view of the fogging of video images,the foggy detection method is first established.According to the inter frame difference method,whether the image is foggy is judged,and then the dark channel priority fog removal method is used to fog the images taken by the video,and the effect of noise on the picture quality is filtered through the Wiener filtering algorithm.A good expected effect.Finally,in order to facilitate the use of users,the application of intelligent video screen is developed based on the Android platform.The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified through the comparison and analysis of the image processing results of the algorithm mentioned in the paper.This paper will provide an intelligent video image clear technology application system solution for auto auto control field.The paper will eventually form a set of vehicle video image clarification processing system with good demogging effect,good real-time,friendly operation interface and convenient use.The scheme can also be applied to the traffic management monitoring department,improve the image quality of traffic monitoring video,improve the monitoring effect,improve the efficiency of accident disposal,and promote the harmonious development of traffic cause.
