Hybrid electric vehicle(hev)combines the traditional fuel oil vehicle with the new pure electric vehicle,which can not only meet the performance requirements of vehicle operation,but also achieve the purpose of low energy consumption and low pollution.The development and application of hybrid electric vehicles put forward various requirements for vehicle power technology,and DC-Dc converter is the key component of vehicle power technology.Therefore,the requirements for the DC-DC converter of hybrid electric vehicles also include high efficiency,high power,fast dynamic response speed,high precision and many other aspects,which is very challenging for the research of DC-DC converter.The selection of suitable DC-DC converter model and the development of practical DC-DC converter simulation platform are the basis and premise for the application of DC-DC converter to the on-board power supply of hybrid electric vehicles.Firstly,this paper discusses the development status and technical advantages of hybrid electric vehicles and hybrid power supply,and analyzes the requirements of hybrid electric vehicles and hybrid power supply on DC-DC converter,and then compares the advantages and disadvantages of various DC-DC structures and applicable conditions,and selects the most suitable bidirectional full brige DC-DC structure as the research object.Then,the working principle and topology of the bidirectional DC-DC converter are analyzed,and the corresponding control strategy is formulated,and the appropriate components are selected according to the actual demand.The simulation model of bidirectional DC-DC converter is built using matlab/simulink simulation platform,and the simulation results under different modes are analyzed.Finally,the experimental platform of bidirectional DC-DC converter is built based on LM5175 chip.The steady-state performance and dynamic performance of the converter are tested.The feasibility of the design scheme is verified by comparing the simulation results with the experimental results.
