With the vehicle driving assistance system and the development of intelligent technology,needs a more intelligent and secureintegrated electro-hydraulic system which is implemented with a brake-by-wire system.Therefore,more and more companies and university research in integrated electro-hydraulic braking system to meet these requirements to meet brake –by –wire(BBW)requirements.Brake-By-Wire system is a complex system composed of a composite system of mechanic and hydraulic pressure.The Brake-by-wire system has a complex system mechanism.This studies focused on integrated motor Based on –brake by wire system which is mainly composed of integrated motor drive unit and hydraulic actuator unit.Dynamic characteristics of the integrated drive motor unit and a hydraulic executor unit are very different.Therefore,the integrated motor drive control algorithm and hydraulic actuator unit should be separate,but their control algorithms should to meet in the hardware to fulfil BBW requirements.At the same time,in order to improve the dynamic response performance of BBW,the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)and field oriented control(FOC)algorithm was a good choice for BBW systemThis study analyzes the status of hydraulic servo brake system;electro-hydraulic brake system;integrated HCU of EHB systemnd and the system development Compared between theprevious study from china and the prvious international researchs).This study also focused on development and control methods of BBY with anti-lock brake system(ABS)in the previous study from china and previous international researchs.Based on the above preliminary work,the contents of BBW system has introduced in this study.Based on the integrated motor drive brake by-wire system scheme,the integrated drive motor BBW-system principle analysis BBW specially solenoid valve and the PMSM,the PMSM used FOC,solenoid valve used RBF neural network adaptive control strategy.In addition,in this study and also focus on ABS control strategy based on BBW system.Based on Carsim,AMEsim,Simulink and others software,Software-in-Loop(SIL)simulation is successfully built to verify the effectiveness of the control algorithm,and used Carsim and other software to simulate the real vehicle motion and more realistically to verify the effectiveness of the ABS control strategy.At the same time,theplatform of the brake by wire system response characteristics was built by our research group to provide the basis response characteristics of the BBW system.BBW system simulated in the(SIL)simulation platform and tested in the hardware(HIL)test platform to complete thus conditions: increasepressure,hold pressure,and reduce pressure for BBW system response characteristics analysis simulation verified the motor Based on –brake by wire system and actuator controller effectiveness,in SIL to verify the ABS control strategy in the simulation platform.
