As the newest and most advanced type in the family of wheeled cranes,all-terrain cranes can not only move conveniently,get on the road and turn quickly,but also travel with load like off-road wheel cranes.They can also meet the requirements of operation on unsuitable crane sites like crawler cranes,such as muddy ground and rugged ground.Due to its many advantages,all-terrain crane has become the hottest product in the wheeled crane market.With the continuous improvement of operation requirements,especially the development of energy industry,large-tonnage all-terrain crane has gradually become the future development direction of all-terrain crane.In the whole structure of the ground crane,the main bearing structure which composed of turntable,slewing support,frame and outriggers is always the focus of design,calculation and verification.With the gradual expansion of the market share of all-terrain cranes,accidents such as tearing of slewing support,overturning of frame and destruction of outriggers occur from time to time.In order to explain and prevent these practical problems,scholars at home and abroad have proposed a series of calculation methods and checking measures.In this paper,aiming at main bearing structure of all-ground crane,a series of control calculation methods of key parameters in main body bearing structure are proposed by using finite element method.In this paper,the main load-bearing structure of all-terrain crane manufactured by the cooperative research units is taken as the research object,and the finite element method is used to analyze the main load-bearing structure of all-terrain crane.Firstly,the main body bearing structure is introduced,and the finite element modeling process is completed.It includes the simplification and Simulation of three-dimensional model,the selection and meshing of finite element elements,the simulation and establishment of contact,the selection of constraint modes,the setting of contact surface behavior,the selection and application of load,etc.Then,the finite element method is used to calculate and analyze the key parameters of the main bearing structure,and the criteria for judging these parameters are put forward.Finally,the field test is carried out,mainly for the stress and strain test of all-terrain crane.The field test results are compared with the results of finite element calculation,so as to verify the fidelity of the finite element model and the accuracy and validity of the calculation method.
