Interior design decoration industry after years of development,in the country has formed a popular industry,its leading the momentum of the new economy for all to see.With the promotion of national economic income level and the improvement of life taste,interior design and decoration industry will usher in a new opportunity,that is,interior decoration will get rid of the single and serious homogenization package mode and conduct consumption upgrade,and interior design will play an increasingly prominent role in the decoration process.Based on the analysis of the original marketing mode of YY company,this paper conducts a classified study on the online marketing promotion mode,the offline marketing promotion mode and the channel marketing promotion mode,trying to dig out the crux of the marketing problems under the original mode.Under the condition of suzhou decoration market at the same time,the analysis of the target customer groups of what are the influence factors of consumer preferences,and on the basis of the theory of 4 ps,4 cs and service marketing model is discussed respectively,hope that through combining the traditional marketing and modern marketing methods,channels of lean management,start the high quality service system,creating positive brand image,to give YY company or similar to YY company in marketing a little advice and inspiration.
