With the development of automobile industry,vehicle production pays more attention to comfort and safety.At the same time,the innovation of manufacturing materials and related technologies has also brought blowout development to the automotive industry,which has brought a series of negative effects while facilitating people's travel.Road congestion,traffic accidents,environmental pollution and energy crisis all affect the life of modern people.The emergence of driverless vehicles has effectively alleviated these problems.Unmanned driving technology greatly helps to reduce the rate of traffic accidents,fatigue driving,inattention,improper operation and other human errors in traffic accidents.With the popularization of unmanned driving technology,it will assist or replace manual driving to improve people's travel safety.Driverless vehicles can effectively solve the current social environmental pollution,energy crisis and other issues,while cooperating with the smart city hub,can greatly improve road transport efficiency and reduce road traffic congestion time.In the face of the negative impact of the automotive industry,the existing technical solutions can not solve these problems,which provides an opportunity for automotive companies to seek new energy-making technology and intelligent network-connected automotive technology.Taking the government as the leading factor and vigorously promoting the development of new energy vehicles and intelligent networked vehicles is the main direction of the development of China's automobile industry.As a leader in the development of the domestic automotive industry,FAW Group started its research and development in the field of unmanned driving earlier.However,due to the reasons of state-owned enterprise system and strategic planning,it has not had its own core patent technology for many years,and it lags behind other The progress of research and development of car companies.This paper starts with the background of the industry.Through the analysis of PEST analysis,Porter's five-force model and SWOT analysis,the internal and external environment of FAW Group is analyzed,and the development status and current problems of FAW Group in the driverless automobile industry are analyzed.Taking into account the strength of the competitive position of FAW and the growth rate of market size,through the analysis of the large strategic matrix model,combined with FAW's own conditions,the company's strategic choice is an integrated strategy,including market development,market penetration,product development,and integration.And other content,joint cross-industry,cross-sector and other related companies to implement product expansion and market expansion.This can not only reduce the cost of research and development,but also facilitate the rapid market layout,promote the unmanned driving technology of FAW Group as soon as possible,and form the internal industrial chain of the group and gradually improve the technology ecosystem.According to the choice of strategic model,this paper proposes three stages of strategic goal planning: deployment period,development period and maturity period.According to the classification of automatic driving,each stage has made detailed strategic deployment,and strives to expand the L3-class unmanned vehicle market in 2025,and realize the L4-class unmanned vehicle comprehensive leading independent brand market in 2030.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which focuses on the meaning of the topic,the research background,and the research methods and contents,theoretical basis and literature review.The second chapter summarizes the status quo and problems of FAW Group's unmanned vehicle business.The third chapter is the core of the full text.It analyzes the strategic environment of FAW Group,including the internal and external aspects of the enterprise and the internal and external environment of the industry,and provides a theoretical basis for the formulation of the strategy.The fourth chapter develops a three-stage strategic plan and explains how to ensure implementation.
