With the increasing consumption of mineral resources and the aggravation of greenhouse effect of carbon dioxide,energy saving and emission reduction have become the strategic policy of sustainable development of modern economy.As the primary group of energy consumption and carbon dioxide output,automobile pure electrification has become the main direction of future automobile development.As the main carrier of urban logistics,box transporter has irreplaceable advantages in urban garbage collection and transportation of scattered goods.It is one of the main types of automobile production and occupies a large market share.At present,the existing transporters in the market are mainly diesel vehicles.The overturning device of the car box is powered by hydraulic pressure.The lifting mechanism of the car box can be divided into two categories: direct pushing type and connecting rod combination type.Hydraulic lifting of car boxes has the advantages of large lifting power,high efficiency,stable lifting,safety and reliability,but there are also many unfavorable factors such as many hydraulic components,high cost,complex oil circuit,difficult maintenance and high requirement for sealing of hydraulic cylinders.Therefore,in view of the shortcomings of the existing box-type transporter,a pure electric box-type transporter and a dual-motor direct drive box-type overturning device are proposed to realize the pure electric box-type transporter,in order to meet the development needs of future vehicles.This paper presents the overall structure of a pure electric box transporter.Referring to a three-cubic box unloadable(hook-arm)garbage truck in Futian,the chassis of BJ1030V4JV2-S1 pure electric truck is selected.The contour size of the trunk is 2000*1500*1000mm,the total mass of the transporter is 2.6t,and the maximum speed is 50km/h.The driving stability of the truck is designed.And check.A double-motor direct-drive car-box overturning device is designed.Referring to the advantages of the existing car-box lifting mechanism,the design scheme of the car-box overturning device is determined.The mechanism model of the car-box overturning device is established by numerical calculation method,and the restraint conditions and position relations of the bar lengths in the car-box overturning device are determined.The theoretical calculation program is compiled by using MATLAB,and the forward and backward solutions are obtained.Geometric dimensions of rod lengths and coordinates of articulated points.The virtual prototype model of the car-box overturning device is established by mechanical dynamics method.The kinematics and dynamic simulation analysis of the car-box overturning device is carried out.The kinematics characteristics of the main parts and the stress curves of the main hinge points in the car-box overturning device are obtained.Through the parametric adjustment of the length of the mechanism rod,the force on the hinge points of the parts is optimized,and the force on the key hinge points of the overturning screw and the hook arm is reduced by 60.4%.The power design of the overturning device of the electric transporter is completed,and the mechanical structure of the whole vehicle and its overturning device and the structure of the main parts are designed.In UG software,the three-dimensional model of electric transporter and its overturning device is established.The static simulation analysis of the hook arm in the overturning mechanism is carried out by using the finite element method,and the maximum deformation,equivalent stress and maximum stress nephograms of the hook arm are obtained.The response surface optimization method is used to optimize the cross section of the hook arm,which reduces the quality of the hook arm by 25.2%,and the optimization effect is obvious.
