Study On The Design Of Rain-Flood Adaptive Urban Water System In Northern Henan Under The Concept Of Resilient City

Under the background of global climate change and rapid urbanization,the problem of urban flood is becoming more and more serious.However,in the northern Henan region of China,the rainfall time is concentrated and there are many rainstorms.At the same time,there is the problem of water resources shortage.The adaptability of urban rain-flood is particularly important.As an important part and structural element of a city,water system plays an important role and has great potential in urban rain-flood adaptability.Therefore,how to improve the rain-flood adaptability of urban water system in northern Henan through the introduction of the concept of resilient city and thus alleviate the rain-flood problem has become the starting point of this paper.This paper is divided into four parts.In the first part,the background,purpose,significance,method,content and framework of the study are introduced,and the concept analysis and definition of the planning and design of northern Henan,urban rain and flood,resilient city and urban water system are made.In the second part,the basic research firstly discusses the fit between the concept of resilient city and urban water system planning and design,and then sorts out the domestic and foreign urban water system planning and design theory and practice research,and summarizes the practical experience for reference.The third part rearranges the route of urban water system planning and design,and puts forward the principles of urban water system planning and design under the concept of resilient city;The fourth part,based on the previous parts,puts forward three specific planning and design strategies of "combing water,managing water and living water" to guide the formation of specific planning and design schemes.In the last part,combined with the practical case of the special planning of water system in the central urban area of Xunxian,the author analyzes,explains and demonstrates the implementation of the principles,paths and strategies mentioned above.Based on the concept of resilient city,this paper guides the urban water system planning and design of rain-flood adaptability in northern Henan province,and also enrishes the strategic system of urban water system planning practice.Meanwhile,through the analysis of practical cases,it provides reference for the combination of resilient city concept and specific planning.
