With the rapid development of the civil aviation industry,China has become one of the major countries of civil aviation.At the same time,higher requirements have been put forward for airport operation guarantee,environmental resource protection and its own development.How to realize the sustainable development of the airport is an important issue facing the civil aviation industry in the new era.In order to better guide the sustainable development of the airport,it is very important to establish a set of systematic index system for the sustainable development of the airport and establish a scientific and applicable evaluation method.Scholars at home and abroad are also actively seeking solutions,but China's sustainable development of the airport research started late,the index system involved in the construction is not perfect,the evaluation methods mostly use hierarchical analysis,fuzzy evaluation.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:Firstly,this paper analyzes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the sustainable development of airports,and clarifies the problems existing in the sustainable development of China's airports by combining the practical content of sustainable development of airports at home and abroad.Starting from the basic theory of sustainable development,this paper compares the concept of green airport,and analyzes the connotation and influencing factors of the definition of sustainable development of airport.Secondly,the evaluation index system of airport sustainable development is established.Based on the principles of science and applicability,the basic framework and main ideas of the evaluation index system of airport sustainable development are established.According to the connotation of airport sustainable development and its influencing factors,and referring to the mature index system at home and abroad,the primary evaluation index of airport sustainable development is constructed by comprehensive comparison.Based on expert discussion and Delphi method,the evaluation index system of airport sustainable development was established.Thirdly,the common evaluation methods of airport sustainable development were analyzed,and the Particle Swarm Optimization-Projection Pursuit(pso-pp)algorithm was established.The evaluation results show that in the recent five years,the sustainable development ability of A airport and C airport is better than that of B airport,and A airport and C airport are in A sustainable development state,while B airport is in A basic sustainable development state.Finally,the horizontal and vertical comparison analysis of the sustainable development of the target airport shows that from 2013 to 2016,the sustainable development ability of airport C is better than that of airport A,while that of airport B is relatively the worst.Until 2017,the sustainable development ability of airport A exceeds that of airport C,and airport B still ranks the third.Longitudinal comparison results: in the recent five years,the overall development status of A airport and C airport is similar,with A decline from 2014 to 2015 and A gradual recovery in 2016.B airport also experienced A decline from 2014 to 2015.Finally,based on the research results and the actual situation of airport development,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of airport sustainable development construction in China,and puts forward Suggestions and countermeasures for enhancing the sustainable development of airport.The airport sustainable development evaluation data and empirical study demonstrate that the evaluation method adopted in this paper is applicable and feasible,which can provide some reference for the evaluation of China's airport sustainable development and further promote the healthy and sustainable development of airports in China.
