| The axial force is one of the important factors which influence the safety of bearing.Safety accident could be caused if the axial force exceeded the maximum loading ability of the bearing.The main work of the thesis is analyzing the axial force of deep groove ball bearings,and designing the corresponding axial force sensor with the application of the spoke type using shear force principle.Analyzing the structure and work principles.Firstly,the axial load and axial clearance of the bearings could not be observed by gauges directly,therefore the analyzing of the maximum axial load and axial clearance of deep groove ball bearings would be necessary.Secondly,analyzing the mechanical feature and the applicational feature of the spoke type using shear force elastic unit.The proper strain foil and measuring circuit could be selected.Demarcation testing of the material properties for the sensor design.The thesis used parallel beam resistance train sensor for the material demarcation test.Firstly,the finite element simulation was applied for the result of the best position of pasting the strain foil.Secondly,connecting the parallel beam resistance train sensor into the circuit.The relation curve of the sensor force and the strain could be achieved by the test and calculation.Thirdly,the exact material feature could be obtained through making the sensitivity of the elastic unit in the simulation eques to the sensitivity from the actual measuring,by adjusting the 2 key parameter(elastic modulus and Poisson ratio)which relate to sensitivity coefficient of the ANSYS finite element model.The relative error could be obtained by comparing the train value of finite element simulation and the train value of theoretical calculation.Designing the structure and dimension of the elastic unit in consideration of the mechanical principles of the spoke type using shear force elastic unit and the technical index of the deep groove ball bearing for measuring.The pasting position of the strain foil could be decided based on the mechanical features of the spoke type using shear force elastic unit,and the measuring circuit would be designed.The output strain,the axial displacement,and the linearity of the sensor of the elastic unit under the maximum axial load could be obtained through designing the measuring circuit,and simulation analyzing the elastic unit by ANSYS. |
