Hydrothermal carbonization Technology is one of the effective ways of biomass extraction and efficient clean transformation, which has important influence on energy decompression, environmental pollution improvement and economic sustainable development. This paper is a continuous study on the study of the migration and retention mechanism of carbon elements in the wet solution of biomass in the wet solution environment of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, aiming at further explaining the mechanism of hydrothermal carbonization reaction through the mixture of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin and the mixture of glucose and three components, combined with elemental analysis and The element composition, chemical structure, microcrystalline structure and thermal stability of hydrothermal coke were analyzed and determined by XRD,FTIR and Thermo gravimetric Analyzer. The details are as follows:(1)In this paper, cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin are approximated by 22 mixing and three-component mixing according to the mass ratio of the corresponding components in wheat straw, and the mixture is tested by hydrothermal carbonization in the hydrothermal environment of 220 ? and min,and the interaction between the water thermal carbonization behavior and the components of the three components mixed with each other is studied. The results showed that the mass percentage of C element in the three-component mixed hydrothermal Coke was the highest, about 55.35%,and the three-component mixing was beneficial to the whole hydrothermal carbonization process due to the influence of each other, which further improved the aromatic degree of hydrothermal coke and also had better thermal stability.(2)In order to study the synergistic effect of water heat carbonization intermediate product glucose on hydrothermal carbonization of three components of biomass, the three components of biomass were followed by 10 respectively with glucose in the hydrothermal environment of 220 ?,120 min and liquid-solid ratio 30:(0.5,1,2,4)The quality ratio of G was studied by hydrothermal carbonization test, and the effects of different content of glucose on the reaction path of biomass components in hydrothermal environment were analyzed. The study found that When the glucose content increased from 0.5g to 4g,the yield of water and heat coke in the mixture of cellulose was increasing, and the mass fraction of carbon element increased obviously, the absorption peak of hydrothermal Coke was the highest, and it also had better thermal stability, while the glucose content exceeded 2g,the diffusion and degradation reaction of xylose and lignin had a certain degree of obstruction.(3)According to the results of the previous study, the concentration of reducing sugar in the straw reaction solution was simulated, and 2g glucose was selected to mix with 4g xylose + 6g cellulose,4g xylose +2g lignin,6g cellulose +2g lignin and 4g +6g cellulose +2g lignin to carry out hydrothermal carbonization test,The role of glucose in the process of hydrothermal carbonization of three components of biomass was studied. The results showed that,in addition to the mixture of 2g glucose and 4g xylose + 6g cellulose, the yield of hydrothermal coke was increased after adding glucose, and it was seen that the presence of glucose had a great influence on the mixture containing lignin composition.FTIR Analysis and XRD analysis from hydrothermal Coke show that glucose addition,The reaction path of each mixed component in the process of hydrothermal carbonization was not significantly changed.
