| In recent years,with the rapid development of the world economy,the demand for electricity corresponding to construction is also rising.However,the problem of air pollution caused by the shortage of fossil energy and its consumption is becoming more and more serious.In order to achieve the national planning task of energy saving and emission reduction,it is urgent to improve energy structure,increase the proportion of clean energy and gradually replace traditional energy.The development of wind power and electric vehicles is particularly rapid among the representatives of new energy sources.It is urgent to further study their characteristics,access modes and impacts.In summary,this paper first addresses the impact of low cost wind farms on the safe and stable operation of power systems,and establishes an economic,security and environmental dispatching model with large-scale wind farms.The model considers the impact of wind power access scale on the three indicators,and adopts a new(MOEA/D-M2M)algorithm to solve the scheduling problem.The example shows that increasing wind power access can optimize the economy and environment of power grid,but the safety index based on daily load curve variance has adverse effects.Secondly,the charging and discharging control model of electric vehicles(EVs)is established.Because of the uncertainty of the type and behavior characteristics of EVs,it is difficult to ensure the accuracy of the capacity when the EVs is controlled to participate in the scheduling.Monte Carlo method is used to extract the corresponding number of driving times of electric vehicles in the region,and the rest of the non-driving electric vehicles can exercise scheduling function.Firstly,the detailed modeling of a single electric vehicle is carried out,and then the cluster control of the charging and discharging of the electric vehicles is used to provide relevant services for the grid.Furthermore,a positive and negative spinning reserve cost model considering the demand of wind farm output is established to evaluate the output cost of wind farm more objectively.The example shows that the cost subsidy of insufficient output can optimize the environmental and economic objectives at the same time.Finally,a coordinated wind farm planning strategy for EVs is proposed and a related model is established.The example shows that the positive spinning reserve is provided in different periods of time and the benefits are different,so the positive spinning reserve should be provided as far as possible in high wind speed period. |
