The motion of projectile in the chamber is the main problem of interior ballistic analysis.In this paper,the barrel model is established and the motion of projectile under different boundary conditions is analyzed.The model of projectile is established in three-dimensional software,and then its finite element model is established.The simulation of projectile squeeze is carried out in different ways,the simulation results are compared with the actual situation,and the optimal loading mode is established.The simulation results of different mesh numbers are compared,and the optimal number of meshes is selected to calculate.On this basis,the motion of the projectile in the chamber under different circumstances is studied.After establishing the simulation model and calculation method,first of all,the squeeze resistance of the projectile is analyzed,the pressure required for the projectile to be completely squeezed into the barrel is established,and the velocity of the projectile in the barrel is analyzed.The accuracy of the model is verified by comparing the deformation of the projectile with the velocity of the projectile and the experimental results.Then the disturbance of projectile in the chamber is analyzed,and the relation between the disturbance of projectile and the lead of rifling is obtained.The thermal stress of the barrel is studied,and the temperature of the barrel after continuous shoot is analyzed,and the motion of the projectile in the chamber at this temperature is analyzed.The bending of the barrel,the tolerance of the projectile,the different axes between the projectile and the barrel,and the eccentricity of the projectile was analysis.The velocity of the projectile,the variation of the thrust resistance,and the disturbance of the barrel are studied.Further more,the finite element model of multi-radial rifling and polygonal rifling tube is established,and the motion of projectile in these two kinds of barrel is analyzed,and the stress and strain of projectile in multi-radial rifling and polygonal rifling tube are obtained.In this paper,the motion of multi-radial rifling and polygonal rifling barrel in bore is analyzed.The results show that the surface stress of multi-radial rifling and polygonal rifling barrel is small,the maximum squeeze resistance is small,and chromium plating can prolong the life of barrel.
