With the gradual development of current IoT technology,the IoT technology has beencontinuously implemented from the past paper concept into our production and life,it causes a huge impact on our production and life,the intelligent storage environment monitoring systembased on the IoT technology is a typical example.Based on the needs of security issues,the militaries of many countries are also sparing effort to develop their own modern intelligent ammunition warehouse environmental monitoring system.At present,the traditional manpowerbasedammunition warehouse environmental monitoring system has obviously failed to adapt to the tra nsformation of military warehouses under the IoT technology era.So,the establishment of an int elligent ammunition reservoir environmental monitoring system is currently the most feasible method.However,due to the late start and advancement of the concept of the Internet of Things in China,and the entrenched nature of the traditional human warehouse management model,the modern ammunition library environment intelligent monitoring system based on Internet of Things technology has not been widely promoted,especially some small and medium-sized ammunition warehouses,which basically remain at the level of manual management or simply using simple control systems,this has led to the insufficiency of monitoring the environmental data of the ammunition depot,the data obtained is not accurate enough,and the labor cost,at the same time,due to the particularity of the ammunition depot,the accuracy of the acquired environmental data is higher than that of the general warehouse,Traditional methods often use environmental data from a certain location in the ammunition depot to represent the overall environmental data of the ammunition depot.For example,the temperature of a certain location represents the overall temperature of the ammunition depot,and the environmental data of the ammunition depot as a whole cannot be accurately represented,this is obviously not enough for a special warehouse like ammunition depot.For the above two major problems,this topic firstly pays attention to the research status of the ammunition reservoir environmental intelligent monitoring system at home and abroad,and clarifies the purpose and significance of the research,Based on this,a small ammunition library environment intelligent monitoring system based on ARM architecture CORTEX-A8 series processor and CORTEX-M0 series single chip microcomputer is designed.In order to solve the problem that the current ammunition library is not intelligent enough,this paper designs an ammunition library environment intelligent monitoring system,which consists of data acquisition,data transmission,data processing,peripheral actions and other modules and host computer interaction software,the data acquisition module obtains environmental data through sensors.The peripheral action module is connected with fans,air conditioners,dehumidifiers,humidifiers,etc.to control the operation of these devices,data transmission module uses ZIGBEE wireless communication technology to transmit data,the data processing module uses the ARM architecture CORTEX-A8 series s5pv210 processor,runs the written Linux multi-threaded server program,designed multiple threads,and different threads handle different tasks.The host computer is implemented by QT technology,and the data processed by the data processing module is presented to the administrator through the GUI,and the administrator is provided with the interface of the management system.At the same time,in order to run the Linux program on the s5pv210 processor,the Linux system was transplanted.The work mainly includes: construction of cross-compilation tool chain,construction of tftp and nfs server,uboot porting,linux kernel porting,root file system production,transplantation of some device drivers,etc.In order to solve the problem that the temperature of a place can not reflect the overall temperature of the warehouse,this paper proposes a new method.Mainly through the ANSYS-FLUENT technology to simulate the temperature field of the ammunition warehouse,determine the ratio about the temperature of each sampling point relative to the base point temperature during the heating and cooling process of the warehouse,then the temperature-weighted average of each point gets the value closest to the overall temperature of the warehouse.Finally,the paper tested the system,the test results show that the ammunition library environment intelligent monitoring system designed in this paper can meet the requirements of the ammunition depot and can accurately obtain the real environmental data of the ammunition depot,compared with the traditional design,the degree of intelligence has been improved.At the same time,the problem of accurately obtaining the overall temperature of the ammunition library has been solved to some extent,and the method of the conventional design to represent the overall temperature at a certain temperature has been improved.
