With the development of information technology,modern warfare puts forward higher requirements for the real-time,accuracy,measurement accuracy,anti-interference and other performance indicators of armored vehicle health management system.As the data acquisition platform of vehicle health management system,vehicle storage testing system is gradually changing from special testing function to general testing function.At the same time,due to the improvement of measurement accuracy and the increase of the number of channels,the processing of large-capacity testing data has become a current research hotspot.Aiming at the problems of the universality of the traditional vehicle health management data acquisition platform and the insufficiency of large capacity data processing ability,this paper firstly studies and designs the universal framework of the vehicle health management system data acquisition platform and the underlying platform of the system(measurement and control data storage and transmission system)on the basis of distributed measurement and control system.Secondly,based on the practical application requirements of vehicle condition monitoring and management system,the software system architecture is designed and the main part of the software is realized.Through the design and implementation of data acquisition platform,measurement and control data storage and transmission system and vehicle condition monitoring management system,the universality of data acquisition platform for different testing tasks is solved.Through repeated testing of the communication function,data display and other core function modules of the vehicle condition monitoring management system,the convenience and reliability of the software system in practical application are verified.In addition,for the research of large-capacity data processing technology: experiments show that the proposed pre-processing method for large-capacity data display greatly improves the efficiency of data processing,and simulates the compressed sensing process,which verifies the feasibility of the technology in the vehicle storage test system.
