| With the development of the global economy,the construction industry is also developing madly.The trend of modern architecture is high-rise buildings or complex structures.The traditional reinforced concrete structure can no longer meet the demand,so the combined structure is born.This paper is to study a new type of composite structure—buried circular steel tube space steel frame composite column,which is composed of embedded circular steel tube concrete and outer space steel frame concrete.In this paper,six test pieces are tested and analyzed.One of the test pieces is axial compression,and the other five are eccentric compression.The main research is on the compression performance of the eccentricity on the internal steel tubular steel frame composite column and is derived.The calculation formula of the bearing capacity of the buried steel tube space steel frame under different eccentric distances.This article is based on experiments,supplemented by simulation.The six test pieces of the test were based on the eccentricity and the spacing of the two strips.By analyzing the test data,the strain-load,angle of the main tension of the steel pipe,load,lateral displacement,load and flat section assumed curve were drawn.It is found that the bearing capacity of the embedded steel tubular space steel frame composite column is related to the eccentricity and the spacing of the strips,and decreases with the increase of the eccentricity,and increases with the spacing of the strips.With the aid of ABAQUS,the model of the embedded steel tube space steel frame composite column was established.The load-displacement curves of the six specimens tested in this paper were verified.The results show that the simulation curve is in good agreement with the test curve,indicating the feasibility of the simulation.Then,22 simulation models were set,and 6 parameters were changed: eccentricity,angle of the limbs of the angle,spacing of the strips,width of the strips,ratio of the diameter of the steel pipes,and strength of the concrete.Through simulation,it is found that reducing the eccentricity,increasing the length of the angle steel,increasing the width of the strip,increasing the diameter-thickness ratio of the steel pipe and increasing the strength of the concrete can improve the bearing capacity of the composite steel tubular frame composite column.Based on the analysis of tests and simulations,based on the assumption of flat section,the eccentric compression bearing capacity formula of steel tubular and space steel framedouble-constrained composite columns is proposed.By calculating the test piece of this test,it is found that the result is in agreement with the test value and the correctness of the calculation formula. |
