In recent years,the rapid development of China's market economy,great changes in the economic environment,increasing demand for enterprise financing and improving the financial market system,promoting the formation of China's capital market diversified financing channels.China's pledge guarantee system was established in 1995,but equity pledge has only been gradually concerned by listed companies in recent years,on the one hand,is favored by financing enterprises due to its low requirements,simple process and other advantages of convenience;on the other hand,it is popular among Banks,trusts and other pled-gees due to the characteristics of easy circulation and easy valuation of shares of listed companies.The original intention of equity pledge is to transform the static equity capital into dynamic working capital by means of pledge,so as to meet the capital demand of enterprise development and growth.However,the frequent outbreak of equity pledge cases has attracted the attention of all sectors of society,and brought a certain negative impact on the economic market.In this study,choosing the first listed Chinese garden company Orient Landscape as the representative,analyzed the equity pledge risk of private listed companies to put forward relevant preventive strategies.Furthermore,combined with the case of the company's business status and financial situation,systematic combing its equity motivation and risks,further analyze the case of the company's equity pledge risk source and causes,and in case the company on the basis of the existing equity pledge risk prevention strategy,put forward a series of optimization of targeted advice,in case the company equity pledge risk prevention strategies to provide decision support,and frequent cases of listed companies in China equity pledge risk to improve the present situation of a certain reference significance.
