The Research On Applied Color System Of Elderly Outdoor Fitness Facilities

The research of this paper is mainly based on the increasing aging society,the improvement of people's living standards,and the increasing attention of the elderly to their health under the social background of China at the present stage.With outdoor fitness equipment,which become one of the most important ways to the elderly to build up their bodies,the elderly can improve their health through physical exercises.With the growth of the age,great changes have taken place both physically and mentally.Along with those changes the elderly have a higher demand for color compared with the younger.This paper focuses on how to better meet the need of the elderly in both physiology and psychology,and to create a set of outdoor fitness equipment color system specially designed for the elderly.First of all,from the point of view of the elderly,we analyze the current situation of aging,and the physiological,psychological as well as other characteristics.Then,I learn from the perspective of color and the existing color system,analyze the relationship between color and vision,and study the relationship between value of color and behavior.Next,from the point of view of fitness equipment,the paper investigates and analyzes the existing outdoor fitness equipment,compares it with the excellent fitness equipment at home and abroad and considers the exercise style of the elderly.Finally,considering the principle and method of outdoor fitness equipment for the elderly,this paper designs fitness equipment color system that suit the physical,mental and behavior characteristics of the elderly,let the elderly participate in outdoor fitness wore actively.Caring for the elderly is a traditional virtue of our Chinese nation.The original intention of this paper is to ensure the elderly enjoy a healthy and happy time while living with dignity.
