Prefabricated steel reinforced concrete(PSRC)structure is a new type of structure which combines prefabricated assembly with steel reinforced concrete(PSRC).The research group conducted quasi-static tests on 36 beam specimens and static tests on 18 prefabricated parts.The hysteretic loop curve,skeleton curve,ductility,stiffness degradation and load displacement curve,deflection change,ductility coefficient and strain of prefabricated part of the beam specimens were analyzed,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)The PSRC beam specimens have good contact with the cast-in-place composite surface under low cyclic repeated loading,large hysteresis ring area,good ductility and energy dissipation ability.The shear-span ratio has the greatest influence on specimen performance.The cast-in-place concrete strength,shear connector,casting method,section form and steel type have little influence on the seismic performance of beams.The load capacity of hollow specimen will decrease suddenly during loading.The beam bearing capacity of the cast-in-place part using light aggregate concrete is lower than that of the common specimen,but the ductility is better than that of the common specimen.(2)The precast part of PSRC beam has a strong ductility and deformation ability under two-point symmetric loading,and the shear to span ratio has a great influence on the precast part;The bearing capacity of rectangular section is higher than that of v-shaped and u-shaped section.The concrete strength has little influence on the specimen;The honeycomb steel specimen has strong bearing capacity but great brittleness.On the basis of the test,the analytical model was established by ABAQUS and the test results of the prefabricated part were compared to verify the rationality of the model.The influence of other parameters on the performance of the prefabricated part was simulated and analyzed.For the specimens with small shear span,increasing the concrete strength can increase the bearing capacity.The increase of the thickness of the bottom flange and the ratio of the longitudinal reinforcement can enhance the flexural capacity of the specimens,and the increase of the ratio of the longitudinal reinforcement can enhance the initial stiffness of the specimens.The shear capacity of specimens can be enhanced by increasing the thickness of steel webs.Then,the deflection and crack width of prefabricated floor slab with 8m,12 m and24m spans in the construction stage are analyzed,and the detailed structure and construction technology of the beam are proposed,providing theoretical basis for thepractical application of PSRC structure.
