The Fully Automatic Operation metro system has more and more centralized supervision and control of subway train operation to the control center,which puts higher requirements on the dispatching ability of the control center.Unreasonable console layout will make negative impact on the scheduling capability.It is necessary to research on resources configuration and layout design of control center console for fully automatic operation metro system.This thesis has completed the staffing of dispatchers and configuration of professional devices and the layout design of control center console for fully automatic operation metro system.The main work is as follows.Through field interviews and literature research,the personnel organization structure and post responsibilities of the fully automatic control center are determined.By the comparative analysis with the traditional control center,the changes of positions and responsibilities are clarified.On that basis,this thesis uses the task analysis method confirm the traffic dispatcher as the key dispatching position,and the task of key dispatching in fully automatic operation is analyzed in detail.This thesis puts forward a traffic dispatching post staffing method which combines the normal dispatch organization workload,emergency operation workload and construction organization workload.And it takes the fully automatic control center of Yanfang Line as the research object,measures the workload of the above three kinds of work tasks,comprehensively analysis and determines the dispatchers staffing of Yanfang Line Control Center.Based on the post responsibilities and work tasks of the fully automatic control center,the demand of equipment for each post is analyzed.The thesis proposes a configuration mode with device sharing,according to the characteristics of professional devices.Then the research completes the devices configuration of control center console for fully automatic operation metro system.The thesis does an experiment about system dispatchers based on the configuration mode of device sharing.The dependent variables in the test are the total time to complete the task,mental workload and stress state.The power outage operation with double people is the experimental task.The experimental results show that the configuration mode of device sharing can meet the task requirements of system dispatchers.Under the conditions of large screen and console in Beijing Rail Transit Control Center,and combined with post dynamic configuration,configuration mode of device sharing and two-layer layout mode,a flexible layout design method of console based on space constraint is proposed.The layout scheme of the two-layer display layout plan and the multi-screen display layout plan are designed.Based on the ergonomic principles and standards,the layout plans are evaluated and analyzed.Finally the multi-screen display layout plan is chosen as the layout scheme of control center console for fully automatic operation metro system.The scheme has a high flexibility,which can meet the dispatchers needs in different line lengths.
