Organic-inorganic perovskite solar cells have attracted the attention of numerous researchers in recent years, because of the perovskite superior physical and chemical properties of the material itself, with its photoelectric conversion efficiency of photovoltaic devices are constantly refresh again and again. So far,the photoelectric conversion efficiency of perovskite solar cells has reached 24.2%.In addition, interfacial modification plays a key role in the preparation of high performance perovskite solar cells. The excellent interface modification process can effectively reduce the probability of electron-hole recombination at the interface,so as to improve the short-circuit current and fill factor and improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the photovoltaic device. So the deep study of interface process is of great importance. In this work, the influence of adding BCP modified layer between the active layer and the electron transport layer on the device performance is introduced in detail. Moreover,in order to reduce the cost of preparation and simplify the preparation process of perovskite photovoltaic devices to meet the requirements of the commercial,it is very important to continuously improve the preparation process of perovskite solar cells. And the exploration of a new process for the preparation of perovskite solar cells by the pressure-assisted process is also discussed. In the traditional perovskite film preparation, the boundary between crystals inevitably contains many unstable ionic states. These ionic states cause a large number of defects on the surface of the perovskite film, which limits the improvement of photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar cells. In this paper,an additional organic solvent rinsing process is introduced before the final annealing in the perovskite fabrication, which includes a combination of low-temperature pre-annealing to form a perovskite intermediate and the follow-up spin rinsing with an organic solvent(e.g.isobutanol)on top of the pre-annealed perovskite intermediate films. This additional process results in reduced surface defects in the perovskite crystalline phase and improved passivation at the surface. These lead to a substantial enhancement in photovoltaic performance and the mechanism is discussed.
