The dynamic simulation platform of traction power supply for urban rail transit aims to simulate various operating conditions and fault status of the actual traction power supply system by establishing a physical model of the traction power supply system for low-power rail transit.The main task of this paper is to complete the upper computer software design of the dynamic simulation platform of traction power supply for urban rail transit based on the Windows platform using C#language.The software has two main functions:traction calculation and train operation monitoring based on vehicle-ground wireless communication.Firstly,according to the main functional requirements of the dynamic simulation platform of traction power supply for urban rail transit,the hardware circuit design and specific function realization of the wireless communication platform for the next locomotive are completed in this paper.The platform integrates STM32F103,WIFI232 modules,digital potentiometer,DC motor speed control board,DC motor and relay and other key components,which constitute the traction control/communication module with ARM core and DC motor module in the traction control unit of the train group of the dynamic imitation real system.Through the parameter configuration of the WIFI module and the peripheral circuit design of the ARM board,the bidirectional data transmission function with the upper computer software,as well as the starting and stopping,forward and reverse rotation control and variable voltage speed regulation of the motor are realized,which lays a foundation for the development and functional test of the subsequent software platform applications.In this paper,the design and implementation of the dynamic simulation platform software for urban rail transit traction power supply are mainly divided into two parts for a detailed introduction.Based on the basic theory of train traction calculation and network communication protocol respectively,the modular design of traction calculation function and train operation monitoring function based on vehicle-ground wireless communication is completed.The specific functions of the upper computer software are as follows:according to the existing train information,passenger capacity,travel distance and road conditions and other input conditions,based on the comprehensive optimization control strategy of the train,the simulation of the train traction operation and the calculation of energy consumption are completed,and the output is in the form of charts,and the data storage results are reproduced.At the same time,train control instructions and traction calculation simulation results,including train speed and traction power based on TCP/IP protocol,are sent to the lower computer control equipment to control the start-stop and forward-reverse of the motor,and makes the motor operating under different speed,to realize intelligent control of the train group with dynamic simulation platform,to simulate the actual urban rail traffic traction power supply system under various conditions(traction,inertia,braking)of energy flow.The upper computer interface displays in real time the dynamic position and the road section of the motion-simulated reality platform train group,as well as the current running condition,speed and traction power of the train.In addition,the train operation monitoring interface based on vehicle-ground wireless communication can realize continuous,speed and large-capacity two-way data transmission between vehicle-ground,receive and display the voltage and current changes of key parts of the main substation and traction substation,forming a perfect human-computer interaction software.In the aspect of data management,ADO operation technology is used to call all data in the Access database.In the end,this paper completes the debugging of the upper computer software and the hardware platform,tests the functions of the software and achieves the expected results.
