Research On Price Influencing Factors Of Railway Important Purchase

As a heavy-asset company,the railway head company not only carries the heavy responsibility of China's railway transportation,but also faces greater competition and challenges from all over the world.As the most sensitive factor in economic activities,price has always been the focus of buyers and sellers in the railway industry.It is a key issue in the management of the railway company after market development.Based on this,the problem studied in this paper is what are the influencing factors of the important material prices purchased by the railway head office and how these influencing factors affect the purchase price of materials.In previous studies,there were not many studies on the factors affecting the price of their purchased equipment for heavy-duty companies such as railways,power,aviation,and military.This paper is different from the existing research.Taking the railway vehicle purchase of the railway company as an example,studying the influencing factors of the purchase price can make up for the deficiencies of the existing research,and is beneficial to the railway company to manage the procurement more scientifically.Provide effective support for the establishment of a material management information platform.The research ideas in this paper are:from the economic characteristics of the railway vehicles,railway maintenance services and the general capital of railways,analyze the price influencing factors of important materials involved in the procurement process,screen out the important influencing factors and focus on the analysis of various factors that may be applied to the vehicle.The impact of price,and the use of relevant statistical models for auxiliary verification,in order to achieve the exploration of procurement price management.The following research findings show that important factors affecting each material can be studied by analyzing its economic attributes combined with price formation mechanism.Due to differences in economic attributes,different materials have certain differences in price influencing factors.The lack of marketization of material prices in under-competitive markets can be qualitatively analyzed from the perspective of cost impact,while the price fluctuations of competitively competitive markets reflect.The change of influencing factors can be combined with qualitative and quantitative analysis.The significance of this paper is as follows:Firstly,it analyzes the main price influencing factors of important railway procurement,and provides more basis for the in-depth study of the scientific timeliness management of railway material procurement prices.Second,the important procurement for railways.The influencing factors are sorted out by the scientific system,and the construction of the database of the procurement price information platform is promoted.Thirdly,the research on the price limit model of the railway procurement is promoted.
