Research On The Role Of Government Subsidy Based On Kai Di

Compared with other power generation methods,biomass power generation enterprises have higher raw material costs and lower profit generating capacity than thermal power generation under higher feed-in tariff.Therefore,the government needs to use government subsidies to guide the development of biomass power generation industry.In the past,scholars often studied government subsidies from the macro perspective of the industry,and did not analyze the mode and effect of government subsidies on micro enterprises.This paper takes kaidi ecology as a case enterprise and takes government subsidies as the research object to analyze and study the effects of government subsidies on kaidi ecology and the ways to improve the effects of government subsidies according to the research results.This paper first analyzes the necessity of government subsidies for biomass power generation enterprises from the perspective of industry.Then was analyzed by the method of case analysis specific subsidies kaidi ecological effect,will be divided into the role of government subsidies to support business and the social benefit two levels,and through the analysis concluded that the government subsidies for subsidy kaidi ecological no obvious improve ecological management situation of the kaidi company also failed to get the desired output by kaidi ecological and social benefit reductions.According to this result,this paper makes an extensive discussion on the reasons why the government subsidy does not achieve the expected effect.It is found that when the tax deduction amount is changed into raw material subsidy under the condition that the total amount of government subsidy remains unchanged,the effect of government subsidy supporting enterprise operation can be improved.In addition,although increasing the amount of subsidy and putting it into production under the existing production capacity can increase the operating income,the dependence of kaidi ecology on government subsidy will also increase.The current subsidy level is a reasonable level to improve kaidi ecological operation and reduce the dependence on subsidy.Finally the article concluded that,for the sake of energy and the environment of the long-term goal of the government’s response to ecological help Katie,but the support of the government subsidy kaidi ecological lifted expectations and achieve the effect of social benefit didn’t achieve a good effect,under the existing subsidy amount at the same time to improve the way of subsidies can be improved to support operation effect,but the social benefit is subject to the improvement of production capacity can’t get good,in order to obtain more social benefits,should make use of existing resources full production or positive technological innovation to improve resource utilization.Based on the analysis process and the current situation of subsidies for biomass power generation,this paper puts forward some Suggestions to improve the proportion of special subsidies,unify the subsidy standard for straw purchase and guide the enterprises by stages with government subsidies.
