In this study,corn straw is used as raw material,corn straw skin with the mechanical performance is a good material of wood-based panel;corn straw pith with low mechanical strength is a porous material can be used to do more hole sound-absorbing insulation materials.To utilize the whole parts of corn,including the skin and pith,A serious of researches have been done.First of all,hot pressing temperature,density and pavement layers on corn stalk were considered by single factor experiment,which affected the oriented silk board ' MOE,MOR,IB and 24h TS.As a result,a optimal process was obtained;secondly the resin content,hot pressing temperature,density and thickness of corn straw pith board were investigated to explore their influences on the thermal coefficient and the absorption coefficient,obtaining a better process;thirdly,based on the above results,the influences of perforation rate,pore size,and behind the cavity depth on heat conduction coefficient,absorption coefficient of corn Straw panel were investigated,and the hole shape and distribution and thickness of plate and finishes on the sound absorption properties of materials were studied as well;finally corn straw pith perforation plate covered by the oriented straw stem silk board was prepared,and characterized by testing their sound absorption properties and thermal insulation performance.The results are as follows:1.With the increase of density and resin content,the properties of corn stalk oriented silk board enhanced;the performance of this board decreased after an increase with the increase of hot press temperature.The mechanical properties of board in transverse direction were improved with the increase of the pavement layer,while they decreased in longitudinal direction.The internal bonding strength turned to be poor and thickness swelling rate increased.The optimal process is:4%resin content,160? hot press temperature,0.6g/cm3 density,and 3 layers.2.The sound absorption performance of corn straw pulp board reduced with increasing resin content,and it kept the value with the increase of hot pressing temperature.absorption performance decreased with the increasing of the density.However,the thermal conductivity increased.With the increase of the thickness of the panels,the absorption coefficient and heat conduction coefficient is almost constant.As a result,the optimal process is:the 2%resin content,140 0C hot pressing temperature,density is 0.1 Og/cm3.3.The sound absorption properties at low frequency of corn straw pulp board after perforation is obviously improved;A slight decreasing thermal conductivity were observed with the increase of perforation rate.However,the increase of pore size slightly improved the thermal conductivity.Therefore,perforation rate and pore size had almost no effect on the thermal conductivity of the perforated plate.The pore shape,their arrangement,and the decoration did not affect the sound absorption performance of perforated plate.The increase in the thickness improved the sound absorption performance.A deeper cavity depth at the back of plate could improved the sound absorption performance of the perforated plate at resonance frequency.4.The perforation rate and pore size of the composite had no effect on the sound absorption performance.The sound absorption performance of the composite plate depended on the characteristic of cover panel;the existence of corn straw pith plate and the increase of their thickness can effectively reduce the thermal conductivity of composite;with the increases of the pore rate,the thermal conductivity of composite plate reduced,the thermal conductivity increases with the increase of pore size.
