Research On Accounting Information System Optimization Strategy Of ZJ Road And Bridge Construction Enterprise

For enterprises and institutions,accounting information is the most important economic information.It comes from the operation process of the enterprises and institutions,reflects and supervises enterprise management situation,and provides important decision basis for enterprise managers.Under the premise that meet the requirements of national accounting system,we can design higher efficiency,more accurate calculation form of accounting and accounting methods and make the business process more reasonable and more suitable for computer processing,according to user’s actual situation and requirements.This paper uses the literature research and case analysis method;first of all,through the study of domestic and foreign literature in accounting information system,project related information collection,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the extension expansion,eventually determines the thinking of the research question and the veins of the full text and reasoning methods.Starting from the basic concept of accounting information system and its development trend,this paper reviews the development course of accounting information system and research results both at home and abroad,and then selects ZJ road&bridge construction enterprise as the research object.After a brief introduction to ZJ road&bridge construction enterprise,this paper focuses on the development of its accounting information system;On the basis of this,this paper describes and finds that some problems as follows:firstly the function of financial accountingis not perfect,secondly the function of management accounting is weak,and thirdly the efficiency of the system is not high enough.By research,this paper argues that,it’s useful thatmerge money management subsystem and cost management subsystem in order tooptimize the process;it’s helpful that unify subject setting,data accuracy and improve the data mapping and credentials docking interface functions to strengthen the business subsystem completion and compatibility;it’s effective for increasing accounting function of the Inspur financial system by adding the safety production costs auxiliary accounting and verification of accounts.In order to strengthen the management function of accounting information system,this paper suggests to develop profit forecasts module,collects the research and development cost module,indirect cost budget execution,analysis module of creditor’s rights debt,perfect the tax monthly report and auxiliary decision system in production and management,increases the number of full-time personnel management accounting report and strengthens internal control and audit.To further improve the system efficiency,it proposes to popularize the mobile client,add workflow remind,optimize hardware,improve network security awareness,speed up the high level of accounting personnel training and so on.
