With the rapid development of motor theory,power electronics technology and microcomputer technology,the AC speed control system has gradually replaced the DC speed control system.The permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has excellent output torque and precise control performance,and has been widely used in electric power,coal,chemical,paper,textile and other industries.The power conversion part of the permanent magnet synchronous motor mostly adopts an inverter composed of power electronic devices,and uses PWM modulation technology to control the switching devices in the inverter.In order to prevent the through-short phenomenon of one bridge arm in the inverter,it is necessary to add dead time to the drive signal to prevent the short circuit from occurring,and the introduction of the dead time causes the harmonic content of the inverter output current waveform to increase,resulting in the motor output turning.As the moment fluctuates,the dynamic and steady-state performance of the system deteriorates.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the power converter with dead zone compensation for the performance improvement of permanent magnet synchronous motor.In this paper,the research status of permanent magnet synchronous motor is analyzed firstly.The research results of dead zone compensation technology are summarized and summarized.The voltage equation,torque equation and its mathematical model under coordinate transformation are derived,and the vector is studied.The basic theory of control and the advantages of vector control technology in permanent magnet synchronous motor control.Secondly,the working principle of SVPWM modulation is expounded.The adverse effects of dead zone on inverter and motor output torque are analyzed in depth,and the dead zone compensation method is compared and analyzed.Based onthis,a new type of dead zone compensation scheme is proposed,which has the characteristics of high reliability and easy implementation.At the same time,the simulation study is carried out by MATLAB/Simulink.The results verify the effectiveness of the proposed dead zone compensation scheme.The permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system with this compensation scheme has good dynamic and static performance.Finally,the software and hardware system of permanent magnet synchronous motor are designed with TMS320F28335 as the core controller.The system experiment platform was built according to the design of software and hardware.The experimental results were consistent with the theoretical analysis and simulation results,which verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the system design.
