With the rapid development of economic globalization and the rapid development of China's economy,all kinds of enterprises in China have entered the tide of competition.The external environment of enterprises has undergone tremendous changes,and the challenges they face are also constantly transforming and upgrading.How to effectively control enterprises,improve management level and obtain more economic benefits is enterprise management.The subject that one must study.Overall budget management is an effective management and control method.By effectively integrating enterprise resources,enhancing communication and communication,and improving daily production and operation efficiency,it is an inevitable consideration of enterprise managers in the new environment.However,due to the wide scope and many processes of overall budget management,a slight difference in the actual application of enterprises will trigger many new problems.It can not achieve the expected effect of overall budget management,and still deviates from the standard of budget.Budget management does not play the role of intervening business by budget and controlling the operation effect of the company.It seriously affects the long-term development of enterprises.According to the understanding of the external market environment and the analysis of the application of enterprise overall budget management,this paper chooses T company as the research object,and puts forward the optimization suggestions of T company overall budget management,so as to enhance the company's ability to create value and promote the sustainable development of T company.Based on the study of some advanced theories and methods of overall budget management at home and abroad,and combined with the general situation of T Company's basic operation,this paper expounds the specific status quo of its overall budget management preparation,execution,adjustment,assessment and evaluation,understands the organizational structure of its overall budget management,and analyses the problems existing in different budgeting links of T Company and their causes.Then it puts forward targeted improvement strategies from the aspects of decomposition of strategic objectives based on the balanced scorecard,strengthening the monitoring and integration of resources,strengthening the control of fund receipt and payment business,and adhering to the rigid principle of overall budget.To achieve the goal of improving T company's overall budget management.These optimization suggestions make the enterprise's overall budget play a role,which is conducive to optimizing the allocation of enterprise resources,enhancing cooperation and communication within the enterprise,reducing business risks and promoting the realization of the overall strategic objectives of the enterprise.Finally,we will promote the effective implementation of T Company's overall budget management system from four aspects: corporate culture guarantee,personnel guarantee,system guarantee and information guarantee.
