The data collection of urban water supply pipe network has always been a difficult problem,and Smart Water has put forward higher requirements for real-time monitoring and control of water supply pipe network.We intend to solve the power supply problem of low-power devices by designing a water flow power generation system,and at the same time realize the effective operation of impact load and long-term low-power equipment through power management,and improve the overall reliability of the system.It effectively solves the problem that the traditional data acquisition equipment and working equipment need to be replaced regularly,which greatly reduces the maintenance cost,and provides convenience for large-area use and special deployment in remote areas and environments.This paper focuses on the multi-piece structure design of the 100 mm diameter turbine that meets the output power and reduces the head loss.The optimal structure is determined by calculation and comparison analysis,and the installation is convenient and not easy to damage.The three-dimensional turbine design is established by using Solidworks.Model,the flow field model is established in CFD software,and the structure optimization is carried out through simulation.The mathematical model of the load is established through analysis,and the time variation of water and the uncertainty of load change are coupled,and the PSIM is used.The MPPT control strategy of the voltage converter powered by the pipeline water flow generator is simulated;the long-term availability of the system can be achieved by selecting a suitable rechargeable battery.In order to extend the battery life,the control algorithm is introduced and simulation analysis is carried out to ensure that the battery works in the proper working range.Firstly,the structure of the power generation system is introduced,and the working principle of each part of the system is analyzed.Then,the Solidworks software is used to build the model of the turbine.Based on the fluid mechanics basis,the finite element analysis software ANSYS is used as the calculation and analysis tool.The turbine model that meets the established target is selected,and the generator matched with the turbine is selected.Then the PSIM software is used to simulate the system to achieve the best use of water flow to supply the battery and the load.Finally,the main circuit is designed.
