Since the ancient times,many ancient dynasties built,as a basis of our traces the history,also become a part of the splendid Chinese culture,they are a symbol of our Chinese nation civilization and glory.Timber structure is adopted widely in our country ancient architectural form,this kind of building materials,wood due to its own form knag,in the process of growth and the service process can dry shrinkage cracking,deformation and corrosion features,in use process,there is a certain security hidden danger,the repair and reinforcement of problems.Fiber composite material has good physical and mechanical performance,basalt fiber composite material(BFRP)as a rising star in the family of fiber composite material production materials are widely distributed in all parts of our country,and its cost-effective,comprehensive performance is better,in the field of building structure reinforcement reinforcement with broad prospe.In this paper,based on the research status at home and abroad,choosing timber that commonly used in southwest China,of 9 log reinforcing beam adopts two ways:paste fiber cloth,and at the bottom of the slot at the bottom of the embedded fiber reinforcement,then through the bending test of analysis and the wooden beam deflection,bending ultimate bearing capacity and stiffness,the strain distribution and damage characteristics of flexural performance changes.Test set up three kinds of working condition,working condition of each of the wood beam number 3.Wooden beam reinforcement methods respectively:no reinforcement(control group),paste the basalt fiber cloth reinforcement and embedded basalt fiber reinforcement reinforcement.Experiment found that use of BFRP reinforced beam can better improve the flexural bearing capacity,increased by 32.14%on average,BFRP bar flexural bearing capacity of reinforced beam average increased by 22.68%;Can effectively improve the wooden beams strengthened with fiber reinforced stiffness of the cloth and fiber reinforcement reinforcement increased by 7.22%and 7.22%respectively.Based on the existing theory of beam reinforcement and fiber reinforced concrete composite structure of the related research,combined with the experimental results,summarized several kinds of failure modes of reinforced beam,and the beam of high accuracy and convenient to calculate the constitutive model for basalt fiber cloth and basalt fiber reinforced deduces the formula of the flexural bearing capacity of reinforced beam.According to the test results and theoretical calculation results of comparison and analysis,find accord well with those of the two.Finally,this paper gave a project example that the wooden beams reinforced with basalt fiber,the bearing capacity and stiffness of beams are improved,the reinforcement effect is good,which for using the fiber composite reinforced wood is of important reference value.
