Research On The Capital Structure Of GD Power

The capital structure reflects the relationship of rights and obligations of enterprise stakeholders,and it is in close relation with the management structure,way of financing,liquidity ofassets and capital and others.To measure,analyze,and evaluate whether the capital structure of the enterprise is reasonable or not,it is necessary to take its financial figures as the entry point.This paper selects GD Power Development Co.,Ltd.("GD Power" for short),an A-share listed company in the electric power industry,as the research object.Based on the data from the three quarters in the published financial statement(2015-2018)of GD Power,this paper combines the related theories about capital structure.It studies the current condition of the enterprise's capital structure including the equity and debt and discovers the problems of the excessive asset-liability ratio,liquidity shortage of assets and capital,and financing.Then,the paper also provides the solutions to the above-listed problems:Enhancing profitability,keeping reasonable asset and capital liquidity,diversified financing,controlling financial risks,and so forth.
