With the rapid development of the information technology in the 21 st century,power supply have been widely used in mobile phones,computers,consumer electronic products,home equipment,school facilities,factory machinery and other fields.DC-DC switching power supply has great advantages in volume,quality and cost.The performance of switching power supply plays a decisive role in all kinds of equipment.It is very important for the development of various fields in the situation of increasing demand.In the current context,the design of a switching power supply with the advantages of high frequency,high efficiency,safety,reliability and green environmental protection has become an important direction for the development of power in the future.It is the main force leading the rapid development of the global economy in the 21 st centuryIn this thesis,the peripheral circuit of DC switching regulated power supply and the related hardware circuit of the switching power supply system using LM5117 buck chips and CSD18532 KCS MOSFET is designed.This design requires the DC switching power supply rated output voltage of 5V,and the maximum output current of the power supply is 3A when the rated input voltage is 16 V.The results of system test show that the proposed DC-DC switching power supply has a power efficiency greater than 85%,a output voltage precision less than 0.2% and a 3-3.125 A output current,which have met the expected requirements.
