Road passenger transport enterprises plays an important role in safeguarding economic and social development.In the current increasingly fierce competition in passenger transport market,the road passenger transport enterprises are faced with severe challenges,while their own development there are some problems.Therefore,only by adopting an appropriate competitive strategy can we survive and thrive in the fierce market competition.The improvement of the competitiveness of enterprises is a hot issue that theorists pay more attention to.This article draws lessons from the related theory of the enterprise competitiveness,starts from the actual M passenger transport company of Fujian province,uses the literature analysis method,the comparative analysis method,the qualitative research and the quantitative research and so on the method,carries on the research to its market competitiveness.Firstly,based on the theory of enterprise competitiveness,this paper analyzes the connotation of the competitiveness of road passenger transport enterprises,and puts forward that the competitiveness of road passenger transport enterprises consists of five factors:industry positioning,resource factors,service capabilities,technical factors and corporate culture.This paper analyzes the course,status quo and existing problems of Fujian M Passenger Transport Company,then analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Fujian M Passenger Transport Company with SWOT analysis and concludes that Competitiveness and competitiveness of the initial strategy;Finally,Fujian M passenger transport company to enhance the competitiveness of the specific analysis of the strategy,Fujian M passenger transport company to become a modern enterprise with market competitiveness must be a reasonable positioning of the target market,to large-scale,intensive transformation,Implement the implementation of brand strategy,enhance corporate culture,take the"Internet +,route.
