As a water surface center support and control system for deep sea mining operations, the deep sea mining ship is a key link in the commercial exploitation of deep sea polymetallic sulphides in order to improve the mining and transfer of deep sea mining ships in the Southwest Indian Ocean polymetallic sulphide mining contract area.Responding to the adaptability of the working environment,it is worthwhile to evaluate the safety and environmental adaptability of the mining ship during the whole life cycle of offshore mining and transfer operations. The study of the environmental adaptability of offshore operations of deep-sea mining ships is essentially a problem of matching the performance of the mining ship under the marine environmental load with the hull itself and the normal working requirements of the equipment on board. The study on the environmental adaptability of deep-sea mining ships involves two levels of problems:1 The deep-sea mining ship's motion performance is solved. This problem consists of two sub-items,the single-floating problem solved by the mining ship's motion characteristics under the mixed action of wind and waves, and the mining ship. The double floating body problem solved by the kinematic characteristics of the transport ship flexible link system under the mixed action of wind and wave.2 Establishment of an environmental assessment system for offshore operations of offshore vessels and determination of assessment methods.According to the "environment-response-assessment" approach, this paper mainly studies the following four aspects.Based on the theory of zero-speed three-dimensional potential flow, the focus of the offshore operation of deep-sea mining ships is on the basic theory of motion analysis of the system, and by analyzing the speed of the system and the force of the flexible link of the two ships. The relationship is used to illustrate the coupling between the two ships and the system;through the investigation of the marine environment characteristics of the target mining area of the deep sea mining ship, the design conditions under two different modes of operation are established, and the description methods of the environmental conditions of the wind and wave are analyzed. The method of calculating the environmental load;numerically predicting the oscillating motion response of the mining ship by simulating the six-degree-of-freedom oscillating motion under the action of the environmental force in the two modes of operation of the mining ship, and statistically analyzing the law of the swaying movement of the mining ship for subsequent environmental adaptability analysis Provide data support;establish a set of engineering ship environmental adaptability evaluation system from the perspective of kinematics, adopt the combination of subjective and objective evaluation methods, combine the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy method to empower the indicators, and apply multi-level fuzzy The comprehensive evaluation model makes a final evaluation of the environmental adaptability of offshore operations of deep-sea mining shipsUnder the evaluation index system established in this paper, for the mining operation mode, the optimal operation posture of the mining ship is in the state of forward wave, which is most beneficial to the normal operation of the mining ship hull and ship equipment;for the transfer operation mode, the best for the mining ship The working posture is in the state of facing the wave and the wave, which is the most favorable for the cargo ship to carry out the cargo transportation work;for the transfer operation mode, only the adaptability of the working environment is analyzed, and the greater the spacing, the better the environmental adaptability of the mining ship In combination with the actual engineering background, the mining ship transfer operation in this study is optimal and the spacing is 15m.
