Scheduling Optimization Of Workshop Resource For Cruise Outfitting Manufacturing

The development of cruise industry is an important part of the national Marine Power Strategy and One Belt,One Road Strategy,and developing the independent manufacturing ability of cruises is of great significance to promote the growth of national economy and culture.And outfitting is a key link to affect the manufacturing of domestic cruise ships.Cruise outfitting is characterized by many outfitting parts,multi-sequence parts assembly and a large proportion of outfitting manufacturing period.At the meantime,the existing methods and models of ship outfitting process scheduling cannot support the requirements of installation of mega-class parts and precision production for large cruise ships.Therefore,this paper studies the manufacturing resource scheduling method for cruise ships outfitting workshop facing final assembly,takes the processing and manufacturing resources for outfitting workshop as the research objects,proposes assembly resource scheduling and assembly-oriented processing resource scheduling method for cruise ships outfitting workshop.In final,the corresponding prototype system is be developed for instance verification.Firstly,this paper analyses the research status of workshop resource scheduling,parts assembly and outfitting workshop assembly at home and abroad.Based on that,the author studies on classification and characteristics of cruise outfitting,analyses the business process of resource scheduling for cruise outfitting workshop manufacturing,then forms the business model of cruise outfitting workshop manufacturing resource scheduling;Secondly,to solve the problems that outfitting parts of cruise have more assembly sequence,quantity and replaceability between parts than of conventional ship,the author proposes a scheduling method for assembly resources for cruise outfitting workshop for multi-part assembly sequence and parts substitution,then an example of the using method is carried out to prove the efficiency.The author extends outfitting resource scheduling problem to outfitting parts processing,constructs a scheduling model for cruise outfitting workshop processing resources,proposes an assembly-oriented scheduling method for cruise outfitting job-hop processing resources,compares with the existing improved NSGA-? algorithm by numerical simulation to verify the effectiveness and advantage of the presented method.Finally,the prototype system of cruise outfitting workshop manufacturing resource scheduling is designed and developed in.Net distributed integrated development environment.The integrated management of processing resource scheduling and assembly resource scheduling of cruise outfitting workshop has been preliminarily realized to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the research results that paper proposed.
