Planetary bevel gear stepless transmission mechanism is based on ring cone planetary stepless transmission mechanism of a new type of stepless transmission mechanism,it will cone disk into bevel gear,variable friction transmission for mesh transmission,greatly improve the transmission efficiency of the stepless transmission mechanism,reduce the friction loss.The stepless speed regulating mechanism realizes stepless speed regulating by changing the speed regulating radius between the speed regulating ring and the speed regulating cone,obtaining different speed and torque.In the working process,the speed regulating ring is stationary.When speed regulation is needed,the external mechanism drives it to move horizontally along the conical surface of the speed regulation cone.In this paper,the structural characteristics of planetary bevel gear stepless transmission mechanism were analyzed in detail.On this basis,Solidworks software was used for 3D solid modeling.Then the model was imported into ADAMS software,and the kinematics simulation and dynamics simulation analysis were earied out on the structure of the transmission mechanism to further verify the feasibility of its stepless transmission.By analyzing the change of input parameters in the speed regulation process,it showed that the stepless speed regulation mechanism could realize zero speed regulation.Modal analysis of input and output shafts was also carried out to provide data support for avoiding resonance.The analysis and simulation results of this paper provide theoretical basis and reference data for the research and development of the actual prototype of planetary bevel gear.The kinematics and dynamics characteristics of planetary bevel gear stepless transmission mechanism are studied,which provides a theoretical basis for the further study of planetary gear stepless transmission system.Figure[30J table[4]reference[38]...
