The sea ice in the ice zone will drift when it gets kinetic energy under the wave impact,shows obvious dynamic characteristics.In addition,a large area of ice cover near the sea channel and harbor in marginal ice zone may deform and break into pieces in the waves,and these small floes move along with the waves,and collide with each other and possibly a passing ship or port facilities,also pile up and block the channel,which has potential safety hazards.Therefore,the study of wave and sea ice interaction is of significance for ship design and safety from the perspective of external loads,and summarize the law of sea ice drift and deformation and fracture under wave action for the safety of ship operation in ice area and the monitoring of ice regime change in ice area.In this paper,the interaction between wave and sea ice is studied by numerical simulation.The kinematics and dynamics of sea ice in two typical states,ice floe and ice cover,are studied respectively.Based on hydrodynamic software,the interaction between wave and ice floe is simulated.Firstly,the numerical wave tank model are constructed respectively in two kinds of software,to simulate the wave-making and wave-eliminating,then compare numerical results with theoretical results to verify the accuracy of numerical water tank,so the numerical model of wave and sea ice is established based on the water tank.For the ice floe,simplify it into a rigid floating body,the numerical results are compared with the experimental datas and the theoretical deduction,then the motion response of ice floe under different wave loads and the influence of different ice factors on wave transmission are studied.;for the ice cover,the interaction between waves and rigid and elastic ice cover are studied.The deformation and stress between rigid and elastic ice cover are compared.The response characteristics of different sea ice models in waves are obtained,which is expected to provide references for ship navigation in ice zone and the design of marine structures from the perspective of external loads.
